The setting is beautiful, with sea, blaj, river, green forest, and mountains around it. It’s the first point on the highway after the Zonguldak tunnel, in Kuzlu. The hotel itself is a classic type. The owners, especially Mr Davut, and the staff are helpful and communicate easily with guests. Breakfast is international and nice, with lots of kinds of Turkish tea. There’s a Turkish cuisine restaurant nearby at saklı bahçe, on the blaj. I recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zonguldak or just need a rest during a long drive on kara deniz.
