Grand Cinar Hotel

We picked this resort for its halal atmosphere, even though it’s far from the airport. There’s no alcohol, and people dress modestly, which is great for a Muslim family. The guests are mostly Turkish, perhaps because of the time of year or because the property is alcohol-free. Everyone has been polite, and staff have done their best to communicate with us. The rooms, bathrooms, pools, buffet, and cafe areas are clean and kept that way with regular cleaning. The food has been amazing, full of flavor, with plenty of choice and always served hot. There are lots of options for children and picky eaters, including pasta and chips every day. Poolside and beach snacks are plentiful, and you can have as much water, juice, tea, and coffee as you like. It really is all inclusive, so you can relax without worrying about extra spending. The pools are large, and the ones in the women-only area are warm too. If you’re a woman, I’d recommend checking out the ladies complex when you arrive so you know what it’s like. I have two complaints. The water gets cooler and can turn cold around 6 pm, which I think may be because many people shower then, near pool closing and the start of dinner. We chose a sea view room, but technically you can only see the sea if you step onto the balcony and look to the right. Apart from those things, everything has been 10/10.

The people were lovely, and I enjoyed the food, pool, and spa at Rizom. The hotel was clean too. Deniz deserves a special mention. It was my first visit, and I hope to come back, inshallah!

The sunset and beach walks were lovely, and the food was fresh, excellent, and had lots of variety. We were also surprised with balloons and flowers in my room for my birthday. When I got an eye infection, a kind nurse cared for me and arranged transport to the hospital and back. I even received a fruit plate with a get-well message. Everyone we met was helpful and kind, the room service was good, and the staff were wonderful. Our first visit to Rizom Beach Hotel was well worth it.

I booked a room for this summer. The room was clean, the view was good, and room service came fairly quickly. There was a lot of delicious food, and the staff were good. The women’s animation team was especially excellent, giving each guest personal attention and regularly checking that everything was all right. They were responsive to what people needed. Gülbeyaz really stood out. I also enjoyed the activities at the women’s pool, especially the women-only matina dancing.
