Presa Di Finica Hotel & Suites

We went for a week as a family with two children. The negative reviews had made us a little nervous, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were good and cleaned daily, and the food was fresher, tastier, and more varied than I expected. My kids enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we always had plates full of delicious meat. The snack bar was great too. We really liked the atmosphere at Presa Di FINIKA. It was my second time in Turkey, and we’re seriously considering coming back next year. The staff were kind, and the hotel did well on food and cleanliness. I’d recommend it, though I don’t understand people who seem dissatisfied with everything.

The buffet has a lot to choose from, including rice, pasta, burgers, meat, fries, fresh fruit, juices, soups, and sauces. Eating outside comes with a beautiful mountain view. The rooms are nice, and the cleaners and other staff provide excellent service. The air conditioning could be better, but everything else was amazing. We came as a family and would happily return. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The Guest Relations team contacted us after seeing the review, and we went through several areas for improvement at a 5 star property. Food and event information around the hotel was unclear or missing. Our bed was broken, and the room air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They said it would be fixed, but it still hadn’t been repaired while we were there, despite asking us to give them a time window. Beach towels weren’t supplied in the room, and guests had to pay a deposit for them. The restaurant had piles of dirty dishes, only one person was available to help with bags at reception, and all the sun beds were hard plastic without cushions unless you paid extra for a cabana or certain beds. The GR team acknowledged that the experience wasn’t at a 5 star level. They said they were working to improve things and that recent changes in ownership had left them short of time to make those improvements. They also said the room prices reflected the current state and assured us that the property and experience would improve significantly next season, in 2026. I’m currently staying here, and may add photos and more details. My view remains that this isn’t a 5 star hotel today. Whether it will be next year depends on how much of this feedback is acted on. I’d suggest looking at when the 1-2 star reviews were posted and what they describe, alongside the glowing 5 star ones. The hotel has good bones, large rooms, and well-built facilities, but it’s been neglected and fallen into disrepair. It could be great if it gets the care it needs.

There’s plenty to keep children busy, from entertainers to games in the pool, and it’s hard to get bored here. Mrs. Samala at reception is always ready to help with a smile. The program la play Mrs Akjunis and Indira are the best!
