The only decent facility was the pool. The gym and indoor pool they advertise were both empty and filthy. The property looked perfect in photos, but reality was awful. Our room was dusty and smelly, and the couch had dirty marks. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the leaking water heater left us having to clean up water ourselves. Service was nonexistent. We asked for an extra bed for our child and got a mattress on the floor, with sheets and a pillow stuffed into a black trash bag. When we requested cleaning, staff said it would cost 100Euro, an outrageous price, so we cleaned the room ourselves. The location is far from everything, and having a car is the only way it works.
