The pool was dirty, and breakfast was the same every one of our 9 days, with no meat. Our room was small and dirty, the sheets weren't changed for all 9 days, and we had no towels, toilet paper, or hairdryer. They made us buy drinks from their shop even when we wanted to have them in our rooms. We paid an extra 30 euros for air conditioning, which stopped working every third day. We also paid 30 euros extra for a fridge, but it was small, dirty, and didn't keep things cold. I know it's a 2-star hotel, but it lacked basic things. They should put money into improving it so guests won't regret staying there.

One of the worst places I've stayed. The safe wasn't proper, and the door wouldn't lock as it should. There was no shower, and water from the tap drained straight into the room. Breakfast was poor, and the dishes still had food stuck on them from previous meals. Please avoid this place.

The room was dusty, with hairs everywhere, rust on the pillowcases, and a broken fridge that couldn't be used. We got no towels, and the internet stopped working once three people connected. They charged us 20€ for air conditioning but didn't give us the remote. A staff member came, climbed onto the bed, opened the unit, and switched it on. The lift didn't work, and the terrace door wouldn't lock. The shower had no tiles, just concrete underfoot. We left for another hotel before trying breakfast, though I can imagine how that would have been. For a double room, we got one table without chairs and a very dirty wardrobe with three drawers. When we complained, they did nothing and just waited for us to spend as much time as possible before returning to the room. AVOID THE HOTEL!!!

Everything was dirty, and the pool was closed. Breakfast was the same and bad. I know it's a 2-star hotel, but they could at least clean the place. The staff were very friendly, which is why I gave it two stars.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Trouble started as soon as we arrived. The shared areas were dirty, and the staff were rude and wouldn't communicate, even though they knew how to use Google Translate. Breakfast was limited and identical every day. They agreed to simple requests, like packing breakfast for a trip or passing a message to our roommates, but then didn't follow through. They wouldn't give us an air conditioning remote, the hallway had no lights, and they didn't replace towels or clean the bathroom when asked. There were plenty of other little issues too. The wardrobe smelled of mould, so we couldn't use it, and there was warm water only from 10am to 6pm. Then, after I asked him to turn the air conditioning temperature up a bit, he switched it off. After that, he cut our electricity.
