City's Hill Hotel

The staff are the main reason this hotel stands out, especially Hakan. He’s kind, attentive, knows everyone, and is ready to help before you’ve even thought to ask. A big thank you to him. The food is plentiful, the views are lovely, and the location works well for the price. Make time for the Turkish bath if you stay here. I bought the basic package for less through the travel rep who meets you the morning after arrival. My 30-minute treatment ended up lasting an hour, and I’ve never felt so clean or relaxed. A truly authentic experience to try.

The rooms were spotless and the views were lovely. From reception to the cleaning ladies, the staff were wonderful. Hakan especially is such a nice gentleman and will do absolutely anything for guests. Thanks so much, Hakan. We’ll definitely come back.

We’re getting ready to head home after another amazing week at city hills, our second year in a row. The staff, including Hakan and everyone else, are always willing to help. Carlos and Oscar from the entertainment team put in a lot of effort for us, even through a couple of days of bad weather. The rooms and cleaners were brilliant, no complaints there. You can always find something to eat, and the salads were great. The outdoor BBQ area had fresh bread, meat and more. We’ll be back for our annual visit next year 😊

There was a good atmosphere around the pool, with lots of entertainment. The food was okay and had a decent variety, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff at City’s Hill Hotel were wonderful and very helpful 😊. Good value for money, I recommend it!
