Beks Premium Resort Spa

After four trips to Türkiye and stays at a lot of different hotels, we can compare, and Beks Premium Resort & Spa is easily the best one we’ve stayed at there so far. We’ve been here long enough now to feel ready to share our experience. The hotel is modern, elegant and thoughtfully designed. We loved the pools, the beautiful SPA and the gym, which has high-quality equipment. We went to the SPA several times for massages from Balinese therapists, and they were amazing. The Turkish hammam was excellent too. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well laid out. The sound insulation impressed us: even when evening entertainment was on, the rooms stayed quiet thanks to the clever layout. The minibar was refilled daily and fresh towels were always available. There’s a private beach, Kusadasi city center is about 10€ away by taxi, and a supermarket is within walking distance. Staff across the hotel were smiling, friendly and professional. Fatih at reception made us feel welcome from day one. Food was a highlight, with a huge range of fresh options each day, from grilled meat, fish, fresh juices, fruit and desserts to Turkish specialties, sushi and plenty more. The quality was outstanding. If I had one request, it would be to have shrimp or langoustines a little more often. In many ways, it really does feel like a premium five-star stay. The big weakness is cleaning. Room service falls short of the rest of the hotel. Dust is often left behind, some showers already have signs of mold, and floors seem to be mopped without vacuuming first, so hair and dust remain after cleaning. Public areas need attention too. On a busy day, some poolside toilets ran out of paper and got quite dirty. Around the main pool, sunbeds and umbrellas don’t seem to be moved regularly to clean underneath, where dust, hair, dirt and sticky drink spills build up. Even with those problems, the location, food, facilities, SPA, rooms, staff and atmosphere make us strongly recommend the hotel. The good points outweigh the bad ones. We’ll be back next year and would happily recommend Beks Premium Resort & Spa to friends and family. We hope the cleaning improves, since that would bring the place close to perfect. One last idea for the future: table tennis, a tennis court or other sports facilities would be great.

The hotel is lovely and brand new, with good rooms and high-spec main areas. Service was good, though more staff would help in some places, especially the main dining area when it gets busy. They really do try hard. Poolside staff were excellent, and Emre in particular was brilliant. I can’t thank him enough. We’re very happy and will be back.

The animation show was creative and really interesting. Melisa from the staff is so warm-hearted and kind.

From arriving through to checkout, our stay at Beks Hotel Kuşadası was better than we could have hoped for. It’s easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we left with lovely memories, already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended, it’s a real gem! The main restaurant had fresh, delicious food every day and so much choice that there was always something to suit our mood. The Italian à la carte restaurant was a standout too, one of the best hotel meals we’ve had. Food, presentation, atmosphere and service were all exceptional. Everyone we met was friendly, professional and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Maria in Guest Relations deserves a special thank you for her energy, kindness and dedication. She was always available for questions or requests and nothing felt like too much trouble. Damla was lovely and helpful throughout as well. Our room was spotless every day, with the minibar replenished daily, a lovely touch that added to the luxury feel. The hotel really delivers on ultra all inclusive, too. Top-shelf alcohol, premium drinks and expertly made cocktails were among the best we’ve had at a resort.
