The room itself was very comfortable and good, but the view was a letdown. The river was small and not clean at all, and construction was happening directly in front of us. Breakfast was poor, oily, and tasteless. We booked two rooms, yet the restaurant only gave us breakfast for one room and insisted it was for two people. That was frustrating and unacceptable.

The area around the hotel is hard to get around on foot, and the place is still being developed. Still, it was very nice. The rooms were nice and a decent size, and there's a good cafe and restaurant nearby. It's about 20 minutes from the airport. Reception helped us find a driver for the day to take us around, and he was excellent.

The place is great, and the buffet breakfast was nice, though there were way too many bees hahaah! Just at level 1 awesome.

The breakfast food was amazing, and everything from hygiene and quality to hospitality felt just right. The staff were smiling and very helpful, and the owner, Mr. H… keeps a close eye on everything, which really helps the service. You get more than you pay for here. I highly recommend it, and from now on it's my one and only in Trabzon ❤️ Thank you.
