Erdem's Villas

I was very disappointed. The accommodation is a very poor standard for the price.

I hate to leave a bad review, but this place is awful and desperately needs renovation before anyone stays there. It felt like we’d arrived at a construction site. The table had burn marks and was sticky, as were the floors. The TV was filthy and the couch was stained. The toaster was half rusted, and the dishwasher and fridge looked terrible and smelled bad. The dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. Upstairs was just as dirty as downstairs: the rooms smelled moldy, the wall paint was peeling, and the floors were sticky and dirty. There was graffiti on the walls, plus a hole in the ceiling of the front balcony. The bathrooms were filthy, with yellow residue in the drains. The pool water was murky and had trash in it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I also left a review on Airbnb, but the host tried to protect himself by blaming me. Luckily, you can add images on Google.

This was our first time vacationing in Kuşadası, and we found Erdem's Villas on Instagram. It felt like a honeymoon, especially since it was my first holiday with my wife. We had three wonderful days in this very special villa, and we’re so grateful to Mr. Erdem. He greeted us with a smile even though we arrived late. The villa was warm and comfortable, and we didn’t feel cold at all despite the very cold weather. It was also extremely clean. The view was magnificent, and it’s in the most upscale neighborhood of Kuşadası. If it hadn’t been winter, the first thing I’d have done was swim in the private pool. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone passing through Kuşadası.

This was our third stay, and we’ve been pleased every time. The house is luxurious, fully furnished and peaceful, even in the busy summer months, with a beautiful view. Mr. Erdem personally took care of every request before and after check-in. They’ve thought of all the practical details, from the barbecue and internet to kitchen utensils, salt and pepper. We’ve already booked again for the summer.
