This hotel feels like a second home, and every time I visit I feel good there. I’ve stayed several times, and the restaurant atmosphere and service are always top level. The food is very tasty, with something you can always find to enjoy. The restaurant staff make sure everyone has what they need, and they’re always kind and smiling. Thank you. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. Hotel staff are polite and helpful too. Thank you again. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly and will definitely return. Best regards.

You have me in your system. I rarely write reviews, but this stay was traumatic and seriously affected my health. The first two days seemed fine, then the heating stopped working. It was +6°C outside at night and +13°C during the day. The balcony doors were damaged and didn’t seal, so I had to sleep in my winter jacket. A technician refused to fix the heating, saying it was a “system failure.” When I asked to change rooms, staff treated me with extreme hostility. During a medical emergency, I was visibly injured and bleeding, but staff ignored my pleas for help. Their cruelty brought me to tears. The hygiene was unacceptable for a “5-star” resort: filthy bathrooms, no soap, no hot water, and equipment that seemed 25 years old. On Tuesday at 5:42 AM, after a minor disagreement about tea and a broken wristband, a security guard used physical force. He cornered me and pressed on my throat/neck area. I was terrified for my life and searched for the tourist police and embassy contacts. I felt so unsafe that I fled the hotel to Greece. My health got so bad that I was hospitalized in Turkey, and I’m still having medical tests. I believe the hotel has been facing bankruptcy since 2022, which would explain the total lack of management. They charged me 35 EUR because, desperate from the cold, I tried to fix the AC unit myself. I even brought the part to reception to explain, but they showed no empathy. Nobody apologized. For the last three days, nobody cleaned my room. I put out the green poster two days before leaving and left 2 dollars on the table, but it still wasn’t cleaned. Avoid this place if you value your life and safety.

The pools were great, and the food was very good. We had a lovely room with a sea view, and reception staff were helpful. The beach is clearly man-made, but I still enjoyed a nice dip in the sea.

The pool was fab and the hotel is close to the town centre. There’s a good all-inclusive food selection, with drinks included too, from cocktails and coffee to soft drinks. Service was good, and the rooms were very nice and tidy, with daily cleaning if you wanted it.
