The restaurant crew deserve a special mention. They were attentive, polite, and smiling throughout, whether topping up drinks, suggesting dishes, or checking that we were comfortable. Dinner had fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and plenty of choice; breakfast also had a good range of tasty options. We had a memorable two-night stay at Charisma Deluxe Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely sea views and a relaxing feel. From arrival, reception were genuinely warm and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were kind and helpful the whole time, and we felt well looked after. I’d recommend Charisma Deluxe Hotel in Kuşadası for comfort, good service, and a memorable visit. We’ll definitely come back.

The lobby was being renovated when I visited, though it didn’t affect our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and there’s a large pool by the sea. The staff were respectful and accommodating. Breakfast was exquisite, with a beautiful view from the window 🌈

The restaurant had a fantastic selection, including every dessert you could imagine, and happy hour at the bar was amazing. The cocktails were superb. Great views, lovely rooms, and fabulous staff too. Thanks to The Charisma for making our stay the best. We’ll definitely be back.

Our travel agent arranged the booking, and the staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious, and dinner was amazing. It was also easy to walk down towards the sea, take in the views, and see the nightlife. I’d go again.

We had a relaxing stay at Charisma De Luxe Hotel. It’s quiet and peaceful, but still just a short walk to shops and sights such as Pigeon Island. Our room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. Filiz and Hasan were especially warm and attentive, and helped make the visit memorable. Highly recommended for a convenient getaway.
