The hotel has a stunning view, and the open buffet breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. I also loved the gym, especially the separate rooms for boxing and calisthenics, which made it easy to stay active while traveling. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Seda at reception deserves a special mention: she was incredibly helpful, spoke great English, and communicated so well that everything went smoothly. Absolutely loved our stay at TNR Boutique Hotel and SPA. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuşadası, and I'll definitely return.

The spa was the unexpected highlight. From the small reception, it looks modest, but the spa is huge and luxurious, like a hidden secret. Book treatments ahead. Dewi was delightful. The pool and entrance are lovely and very quiet. I think I saw only three people swim in more than a week. TNR is a small, quiet hotel about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Kusadasi, with great views on the way. It has three floors, and the rooms are all alike apart from single or double beds. They’re beautiful and well looked after. Level 3 has the best views, while room 107 has the worst, though still acceptable. The adjoining cafe where breakfast is served is charming, and the coffee shop staff were great. I can see why it isn't a restaurant, the hotel itself must be enough to keep an eye on. I think the patio doors don't lock because of the air con sensor, so use the provided safe if you're worried. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel if you can find a spot and the staff don't have it. I don't think they have a car park anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't speak Turkish. I missed out on a lot of services because of the language barrier. Also remember it's a seasonal place, so it gets quieter in winter. When you're out in town, people are trying to earn money for the winter too, so bear that in mind.

We stayed as a family and felt at home. The rooms were clean, very new, and furnished with care. Breakfast was delicious, and the professional, friendly staff made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Miss Selen and the hotel manager for being so kind and attentive. We definitely hope to visit again in the coming years. Thanks, TNR team, for making the stay so enjoyable. This didn't feel like a boutique hotel to me. I expect one to be cosy and comfortable, with well-trained staff who are friendly, attentive, and check whether everything is okay. Before arriving, I asked if I could pay in EUR by bank card at check-in. The reply came without a greeting or signature, which put me on alert, though they did say euros were accepted. Check-in was awful. We got a third-floor room that wasn't the one we booked. It smelled of smoke, and the bathroom reeked of sewage. The hotel had an electricity problem, so we agreed to pay in the evening. Once power came back, they asked us to pay right away. Their terminal wouldn't process euros and didn't give a receipt. The receptionist didn't understand English well and insisted my card was the problem. I suggested he check his card, but he said he didn't have a euro card and threatened to cancel our reservation. Why say that to guests? Honestly, it might have been better if he had. I paid in TRY and lost 45€ in the conversion. Worst check-in I've ever had. The man was completely untrained in hotel service. We couldn't get to sleep for ages because of the smell, and we had a headache. The tap water was yellow, the air conditioner rattled noisily all night, and there were no sockets by the bedside tables. The bathroom still smelled of sewage. My wife was crying. In the morning, all I wanted was to get out. I hope the reception staff have changed and the new staff are friendlier. They refused to refund the remaining nights, but gave us the room we had booked. That saved the stay, since the new room was fine, including the air and air conditioner. Then we found out the coffee at breakfast cost extra. That's disgraceful and disrespectful to guests and to themselves. They call this a boutique hotel? If the receptionist hadn't been so unfriendly, we'd been put in the room we booked from the start, and breakfast had included as much tea and coffee as we wanted, like at other boutique hotels, our impression would've been positive.
