It was our first night, and things seemed fine until we got ready for bed and found the sheets had clearly been used, with perfume, long hairs, and toothpaste all over them. That was disgusting, but the response from the receptionist and the owner was even worse. They both said it was my problem, not theirs. I even offered to change the sheets myself, but they sent me back to the room and said it wasn’t a big deal. For whom? This kind of hosting is beyond all expectations. Never go there.

The only issue is there’s nowhere to clean clothes. Apart from that, it’s a very nice hotel, with good service, breakfast, and cleaning.

I paid for three nights during a business trip, but needed to leave early. The staff offered me all the options and let me decide, which I appreciated. The managers and staff are decent and honest, and I’d stay again on future trips. It’s a nice five-story hotel in the center of Luleburgaz, with free breakfast, clean spacious rooms, and air conditioning that works well. You can adjust the temperature at reception. Paying the hotel directly is more convenient than using other apps. There’s a slight difference between single and double room rates.
