I was generally satisfied with the services and my stay, and I can recommend the hotel. The staff were all friendly and pleasant, and service was quick, though their English wasn't very good. A few times I ordered a particular drink in English and got something completely different. Room cleaning was another letdown. It seems to start early, and even though we put out the cleaning sign each day before leaving around 10:00, our room was serviced only once during our seven-day stay. We'd spend about 40 minutes at breakfast, come back to change for the beach, then be out for half the day. When it was finally cleaned, the snack bar wasn't restocked and was left empty. Breakfast ran from 7:00 to 11:00, but that start felt too early since we usually arrived around 9 or 10, when most guests seemed to show up. We tried 7:30 once, which was hard after waking so early, and there were hardly any people. Some dishes weren't ready yet and some containers were empty. The selection also wasn't very varied.

The housekeeper stole 500$ from my safe while I was at the beach!!! The front desk didn't help. Two staff members acted as if they couldn't understand me and sent me to guest relations, who would be working the next day!! The front desk system showed that only housekeeping had used the room key while I was at the beach. After cleaning, the housekeeper left my door open, so anyone could have entered the room and taken the money from the safe! I'll call the police tomorrow.

The beach was a highlight, with an easy sandy entry into calm water and several snack and drink spots nearby. There were waffles, doner, fresh fruit, ice cream, and traditional pancakes. I also appreciated having premium drinks like Chivas, Beefeater, and Bacardi available around the resort. The green grounds were lovely, with three pools and gentle-entry steps, and the quick, attentive service really made our trip. The buffet was mixed, with limited cold cuts, though the live cooking stations gave us good variety. We also enjoyed the complimentary à la carte food at the pool bar. In the rooms, comfortable electrical outlets were limited, and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell from the AC. Daytime sports were good, but some evening shows fell short. Weekend live music was a highlight. We'd just returned from this adults-only ultra all-inclusive resort and had an amazing stay. It's a great beach escape if you want premium drinks and excellent service.

We came home relaxed and in such a good mood. My husband, my in-laws, and I have never had a vacation this amazing, easily the best we've had. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the service was TOP! ❤️ We loved the food, entertainment, live music, and cocktails in the evening. It was such a romantic, wonderful time at this hotel. After staying here, I only want to come back because I don't think you can find better service. I'd recommend it to anyone planning to visit Turkey. Definitely worth five stars! 👍😁
