Evening entertainment was okay and not as loud as other reviews made it sound. The staff's service was second to none, they were always incredible. Still, we wouldn't return. For the price, it wasn't worth it and didn't feel like a 5-star hotel. The food choices were poor and the same every day. I'm not a fussy eater, but there was nothing for kids but chips. One night, although it was only last week and close to the end of the season, we couldn't get a seat. The system for queuing for food was very dysfunctional. The poolside was so slippery that I don't know how my child escaped without concussion or brain damage. The room was supposedly cleaned every day, but it was questionable what the cleaners actually did. One night my child was sick, and we used all four towels to protect the bedding. In the morning I put them in the shower cubicle, the usual way to ask for replacement towels, but after lunch they were stuffed in a ball under the sink with fresh towels placed next to them. The AC gave all of us flu-like symptoms, so we stopped using it after a couple of nights.

The only downside was the neighborhood, with lots of other large hotels and places to visit 20-60 minutes away by car. The rooms were modern and clean, and the cleaning staff kept everything looking nice around the clock. Staff were very friendly, and the buffet restaurant was good.

There are enough shops nearby, and the beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. I'd suggest taking the hotel's free minibus instead. We also thought it was worth paying 20 euros for a taxi into Side town centre, where you can see the main historical sites, visit restaurants and bars, and watch the sunset at the beautiful harbour. We spent 10 days here on a fully inclusive family holiday and had a great time. It was very hot, but the fantastic family pools, waterslides, drinks, and ice creams made the heat easier to handle. The hotel is modern and very clean, and the staff worked constantly to look after us and all the other guests. Well worth a visit, and highly recommended.

The gym is the best hotel gym I've seen, and there's animation every night. Drinks are available everywhere, and the beach bar food is good enough. The beach is about a 10-minute walk or a quick, fairly frequent shuttle ride away. Room cleaning was daily, the room was good, and the minibar water was restocked each day. Food had lots of variety. Coffee was good in the brasserie, but instant elsewhere. A few things bothered me: the AC blew toward the bed and we couldn't redirect it; the animation parties ran until around 23:00-23:30, making it hard to sleep before they ended; and the beach shade was sparse, so it got hot. I'd rate it 4.5 stars overall and would recommend the hotel.
