Yesil Yildirim Hotel

I especially appreciated how kind and understanding the hotel manager was. I had a special circumstance that meant changing my booking several times, and the hotel accepted each change. My stay went wonderfully. The welcome was warm, the hotel’s decoration was pleasant, and the room was spacious, well equipped, and spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, and the mountain view was stunning. The location is ideal, right in the center of Bursa's main activities and close to restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bursa.

The hotel has its own distinct design, noticeable as soon as you walk in. Our room was clean and spacious enough, with only a few minor inconveniences. It's a little far from the city, though. We just wanted a clean place to sleep for the night, and for the price this may be the best value hotel you can find. Breakfast was nothing special, but it met our needs since we weren't expecting much. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

The rooms were large and very clean, and parking was available. There's a help desk open 24 hours, and the customer service was excellent. The location is very central for amenities. Breakfast wasn't great.

We stayed three nights and were happy with the hotel. It was clean and nice, and the service was okay. The only problem was that the fridge didn't work properly. I'd be glad to come back.
