The staff and service were great, but I had to get up at seven in the morning. It sounded like a storm at first. The washers and dryers were in the room above us, and they were so loud that I couldn't sleep well. I was already very tired from traveling overseas.

The standout for us was Ammar Shabani at reception. After we'd left, he personally found our contact details and called to tell us we'd forgotten valuable items in the room. That honesty and kindness really stayed with us, and the management and staff were helpful throughout. We also enjoyed the restaurant, with delicious food and good variety, and found the rooms beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. From arrival to departure, our stay at Burcman Visne in Bursa, Turkey, was memorable and exceeded our expectations. The team's genuine care and service are a rare find. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Bursa, Turkey, and can't wait to return. Thanks to the whole staff, especially Ammar Shabani, for making our visit unforgettable.

A good spot right in the middle of Bursa's kids' clothing wholesale market.
