Saint John Hotel

We were so glad to pick Saint John Hotel for our Selçuk trip. Everything was spotless, especially the room, from the linens right through to the bathroom, and the care they take with hygiene was obvious. Breakfast was a feast, with handmade pastries and homemade jams. The friendly staff and central setting make this peaceful, family-run hotel one I’d definitely recommend. Thanks for everything!

We stayed for two nights, April 15th and 16th, and would happily come back. The rooms were comfortable, clean and nice, and the pool area was lovely. The hosts were helpful and very nice. Breakfast was simple, but good and generous. The TV was small and only had Turkish channels, though Selçuk isn’t a place you come to watch television. We found the location very convenient, within walking distance of everything. I’m not sure why some reviewers call the neighborhood 'rough'; much of Selçuk looks similar.

After a very hot morning in Ephesus, which is only a short drive away, being able to cool off in the beautiful pool was wonderful. We also got to check in early, and the service was great. The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood, and our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a highlight too. I only wish there had been loungers by the pool, though I understand there isn’t much room around it. I’d highly recommend staying here.

A quiet, enjoyable stay. The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable, with a clean, new bathroom and air conditioning that worked really well. Breakfast was plentiful and phenomenal. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming.
