The breakfast dispute was frustrating: my Agoda booking clearly included breakfast, and I showed the confirmation and even made another reservation at the same price with breakfast. The receptionist still said the hotel system listed room only and refused to let us eat at the restaurant. He also argued we had booked for three people when Agoda showed 2 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 8. The room category was standard for 3 adults, with children 0-6 free. At check-in he had also resisted honoring my Agoda rate, saying it couldn't be that low. After I showed the confirmation and made a new booking in front of him, he finally gave us the room. The bathroom and toilet drains were terrible. When we showered, water went everywhere.

The garden setting was lovely, especially the tables by the entrance where we could sit outside with a cup of Turkish coffee. Inside, the dining area was surrounded by plants, and the rooms were beautiful and super clean. The staff were very friendly, and there's also a Turkish bath. My family and I had such a nice stay that we'll definitely come back. It's one of my favorite hotels in Turkey.

At checkout we waited more than 30 minutes for reception to tell us what to pay, and there was no bill because their system wasn't working. That didn't feel acceptable. Before that, we had slept in dirty rooms because apparently there was no staff to clean them. Turkey is known for its fabulous tourism, but our experience at this hotel was very different. It was a really bad stay, and I won't come back. I'd advise anyone thinking of booking here to look elsewhere.

For four nights with my family of four, the central location near Uludağ mountain, fair price, decent breakfast, cleanliness, quiet, and friendly staff were all positives. Adem, thanks for your kindness. It seemed OK for a one-night stay. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, unusual for a mountain hotel, and there was no mountain view. Opening the windows brought no fresh air and felt suffocating. I changed rooms three times, but they were all the same. The Turkish bath was clean but very small. There was no market or restaurant nearby, and nothing for kids.

It used to be a good hotel. Breakfast now is just a plate with 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of tomato, plus Nescafe or tea. Very poor.
