Arnor De Luxe Hotel

We liked the adult-only (16+) pool, but it sits right beside the kids' playground, so it wasn't very peaceful and the name felt misleading. At the beach, reached by shuttle, there were sunbeds, drinks, and a snack bar. Each evening had a different live show, though seating wasn't enough for the number of guests. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, with housekeeping every day, but it showed some age and the shower door wouldn't close properly. Reception staff were consistently professional and helpful. Food was delicious with lots of choice, though some cold starters had no labels, so we couldn't always tell if they were vegetarian. Bar drinks were average, but the white wine was the best option. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade for a birthday, and the airport transfer was €60 in a comfortable, luxurious VIP van with professional service. We left with a very good impression of the quality, food, and friendly service, although it is on the expensive side.

The pools were spacious and well looked after, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. The beach is nearby, too. Inside, our room was comfortable, clean, and modern, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. There was lots of fresh, tasty food to choose from. It made a very positive impression, and the five-star rating feels deserved.

The only slight downside for me was that it was far from the activities I had planned. Otherwise, the staff, service, food, and entertainment were the best I've experienced. The market and stores servite was eccellent, and the managers and people were beautiful. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'll definitely be back as soon as I can.

It's our second visit, and we stayed 10 nights this time. Every part of the team was fantastic, and you could see how much hard work they put into the whole hotel. We had another really amazing time and would absolutely recommend it. We'll be back again. Thank you to everyone!
