Asteria Family Resort Side (Ex. Euphoria Palm Beach)

The beach was clean and lovely, with a relaxing feel that made it a great place to spend time by the sea. Restaurant service was also great, with friendly, attentive staff and delicious food with plenty of variety. Barış Kudret deserves a special mention for being so friendly and attentive at both the pool and the sea. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

The beach has majestic views, day and night, and the pools were great and cleaned every day. Bayram at the bar was especially helpful, always ready to answer questions or help with anything needed. I think the resort works well for a whole family, a couple, or someone on their own. You can enjoy the hotel's magnificent crew or just spend your time as you like. It has everything I could want on vacation.

The only real letdown was one evening at the à la carte restaurant. When we tried to book a table, the manager was a bit rude and said, “IMPOSSIBLE.” Luckily, I think her name was Anyar, a lovely waitress, told us to come back in 45 minutes, and then served us faultlessly. Everything else made for a fantastic stay. The room was a good size and cleaned daily, and the food was fresh and good quality. The bar staff were friendly and worked hard to please guests. Benjamin at the sunset bar was absolutely fantastic, took pride in his job, had a great attitude, and made us feel special. The waiter on rollerblades was brilliant poolside, checking what we wanted and keeping our drinks topped up constantly. It was 99.9 percent a great experience. I'll definitely revisit, and the resort deserves my five-star review.

The standout moment came after our flight home. Our group of 10 misplaced our luggage on the last day and had to fly without it. Since it wasn't the usual airport lost-luggage situation, I was sure we'd never see it again and had no idea how to sort it out. Guest relations manager Oyunchimeg Guloglu took it on personally, went out of her way to track the bags down, and arranged to have them sent back to us via FedEx. She gave us an unbelievable amount of support, and language barriers never got in the way. World-class service. Thank you, Oyunchimeg! We spent a week there in July 2025 and had a fantastic time. The rooms were amazing, the food had plenty of variety and tasted great, and the drinks were among the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The staff made an already amazing hotel even better.
