Cennet Apart Otel

Name

The staff were attentive and helpful with everything we needed, and the kitchen had enough supplies. My father and I spent five days there. It’s a clean, safe aparthotel, and I’ve already booked another stay for two weeks from now.

We chose this place because the reviews gave it a 4.5 rating, and we were shocked by that once we arrived. The bathroom had been cleaned with bleach, and at first we were glad the bedroom sheets and towels looked clean. But the kitchen and living room were a mess. The sofa springs were broken, there wasn’t a clean place to sit, the spare pillow was stained, and the blankets smelled. Kitchen cupboards and drawers were dirty, food was left between the chairs, and the previous guest’s rubbish was rotting in the bin. There weren’t enough plates or dishes to cook or eat properly, either. We only stayed one night, but at 3 a.m. we still couldn’t sleep. The place was uncomfortable, dirty, and untidy, and other guests seemed not to care that a family was shouting, moving things around, and making noise all night.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. There was a kettle and refrigerator in the kitchen area, but it was dirty.
