Club Golf Hotel - All Inclusive

The rooms are large and clean, but the hotel is old.

We planned to stay for three nights, but left after just one. By 7:05 PM, only five minutes after dinner was meant to start, most of the food was already cold and tasteless. The hotel also called the beach its own, though it was the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's public beach. Ministry staff said the free food there was limited to pizza and hamburgers until 3 PM, then it was paid. The beach refrigerator and vending machine didn't work either. The aquapark and the second pool were both closed for renovations, despite being presented as available. In our room, the missing sunshade and broken sink hose were fixed later, but the shower wasn't sealed properly and flooded the bathroom. The phone didn't work, and the cleaning was poor. What finally made us leave was the music party by the pool in front of the hotel. It was excessively loud from 10 PM until midnight, so neither we nor our baby could sleep.

After a long journey with my family, this stay left me deeply upset. We couldn't continue and had to leave the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. The problems began as soon as we arrived on May 27, 2026. We were handed keys without being shown where to go, so we had to find our rooms ourselves with our luggage. The first room still had other guests' belongings in it. The next one was very poorly cleaned, with dirty sheets, dead flies on the bed, and a musty smell. Renovations were underway in parts of the hotel, and the corridors looked disorderly; hygiene seemed poor overall. When we raised these issues, staff responded indifferently instead of helping.

The food was tasty, even if there wasn't much variety, and the restaurant staff were friendly. There's a small playground for children, but the playhouse smelled moldy, so we had to play outside. Inside were also broken old chairs and moldy mattresses. We visited at the end of May while renovation and modernization work was still going on. Our third-floor room looked nice, and the lack of an elevator didn't bother us, but it hadn't been properly cleaned afterward. Dust, plaster, and glue needed two or three more rounds of mopping, and the toilet needed stronger cleaner. The carpeted halls weren't vacuumed, toilet paper kept running out in the bathrooms, and reception didn't seem to have the same shortage. Our room was cleaned just once in five days. The place felt dirty and untidy, and in my view it needs more work and more staff. Some were friendly, but I don't think there were enough welcoming employees. It has potential, but you can go if you find a good price. If you're expecting a relaxing, pleasant stay, I wouldn't choose it.
