Club Grand Aqua - All Inclusive

The animation team was very professional, and the guests were mostly German families, around 90% Germans. There were no Russians, which is both unusual and a big plus. The rooms are stylish and nice, but small for a family with kids. Staff around the hotel were very friendly, apart from one woman at reception. The food tasted good but was repetitive, though the salad bar was great. There were no cocktails, but plenty of other drinks such as fizzes and long drinks. A free “cocktail of the day” was offered from 6-7pm, but it wasn’t anything special. Outdoor seating was too limited, especially in the evening. There’s no direct beach access, and the roughly 500-meter walk to the beach felt a bit creepy, as did the beach bar. We didn’t use the beach because it was always overcrowded. The sister hotel Grand Side has greener grounds and a much better water park with slides, but it’s larger and less cozy than the Grand Aqua.

Jessie gave great massages at the spa, with a lovely energy that made it very relaxing. The hotel was friendly, the service was nice, and the food was delicious.

The pool area at Club Grade Aqua isn’t very large. For proper pools with slides, you need to go over to Club Grand Side. Guests can use both complexes, but if you want to cut down on walking, I’d book directly at Club Grand Side. The rooms are spacious enough, though the furnishings look like my grandma picked them out. The bar’s cocktail selection is poor, and most cocktails cost extra even with “all inclusive ultra.” Hamam treatments are extremely expensive at the hotel, so book outside.

Everything was fine until the last day, when my child got sick. The hotel management wouldn’t let a doctor come to the hotel. They said it was their policy, and that if I wanted to use a doctor other than the hotel doctor, I had to take my child outside the hotel to be examined. I didn’t like that situation.
