Club Grand Side Amazon Water World - All Inclusive

We stayed for seven nights from 18th of June, and the pools and entertainment program were great for children. The staff, food, services and overall quality were all amazing, and the whole team was kind and hospitable. I’ve been to Turkey four times, with the first three trips to much more expensive resorts, but this is the first time I’ve written a review because I was so impressed. I especially recommend this hotel to families with children. We’ll come back!

The front desk service, housekeeping and aquapark were very good. Reception staff, bellboys, the housekeeping team and the hotel manager were professional and courteous throughout, with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. My experiences with much of the rest of the staff were disappointing. Several people seemed disengaged and hard to approach, and some interactions lacked a polite tone or attentive, welcoming guest service. When we needed guidance or communication, responses were often indifferent or absent. I also noticed a clear difference in how Turkish guests were treated. Compared with the attention given to international visitors, local guests seemed to receive less consideration and hospitality, which affected our satisfaction. This inconsistency brought down the overall experience. I strongly recommend reviewing HR practices and staff training so service meets guest satisfaction principles and brand expectations.

The activities and pools were great, and I’d rate the food 10/7. The staff, though, were very rude, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. I had to buy internet myself because it’s outside the EU zone. The blanket was like the curtains.

There were plenty of sunbeds even at busy times, and the beach was quite close. Our children spent a couple of hours a day in the kids club, where the ladies looked after them well. The animations and entertainment were fairly standard. The hotel was very clean, the rooms and waiters were excellent, and the service was top quality. Food had a wide selection, from Turkish dishes to more mainstream options. There were lots of pools and slides with different themes. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the place.
