We had a great week and would definitely go back. The hotel was clean, the location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, and they refilled the fridge with water daily. The food was fresh and had lots of options. Most staff speak German, which can be a little confusing, but they were super nice. The beach was clean as well. Nearby shops had plenty of clothing, souvenirs, and food if needed. I’d recommend it to everyone.

We had a nice week at this adults-only hotel. It’s a good choice if you want a pleasant, quiet holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean, Wi-Fi was available everywhere with just one login on arrival, and the food was tasty and plentiful. The bar was good, and the beach was lovely and spacious, with all the personnel speaking German only and no English at all as the one downside. Thanks to all the staff at Defne Ana for the excellent service.

Staff were cocky and had no manners. They even seemed to expect hefty tips before doing anything for you. The evening dress code only seemed to apply if you hadn’t paid them. There were flies and bugs in the food, and the forks, spoons, and glasses were dirty.

They’re extremely decent, polite, and pleasant. I’ve been coming to the Side for 20 years, and they might be the best operator I’ve ever seen.
