The beach and shuttle were fine, and the food and drinks were okay. But the pools were far too cold to use, and we only learned after arriving that heating starts in December. In four days, staff asked me for tips four times, from the cleaner to a bartender. I've stayed at over 100 hotels and never had that happen before. The hotel was extremely noisy. We had a poolside room and could hear all the shouting, as well as everything through the walls and doors. The room quality felt poor. Staff spoke German, but their English was very, very limited, and all the entertainment was in German. Germans seemed to be everywhere, often rude and assuming everyone spoke German. One bartender interrupted while I was talking to another. I was answering the first, and the second one told me “siktir git”, which means “f*** off” in Turkish. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My family and I had a good holiday here. The food was good, the service staff were courteous, and we liked the hamam and massage too. The one exception was a grey-haired spa employee who was cheeky, disrespectful, and impolite. I can't recommend him. If someone from the hotel reads this, that man should be fired, and maybe people would return to the spa. All in all, it's a good hotel, especially for families.

There was plenty of decent food, but getting some meant waiting in line, and the pools were only okay. I saw the same olives at the bottom of the pool on my last day that had been there earlier. The hotel clearly favors Germans, which was obvious everywhere, and that wasn't acceptable to me. People smoked all over, including at dinner and in the pools. My kids were disgusted and tired of the smoking and the way people behaved around the food, while staff didn't seem to care about us. The rooms were too small for a family of four. The water slides were fun, but only ran from 10 to 12 and 14 to 17. Evening entertainment was much like any other hotel, and drinks were average, though a good bartender or waiter might make you a better one. I left rather dissatisfied and disappointed.

The pools were often visibly dirty, with debris floating around. People smoked and drank alcohol in the water, and we even saw drinks poured straight into it. Staff did nothing. Our baby developed a rash, which the doctor diagnosed as a bacterial infection, most likely from pool water. All our children became ill with fever and rashes. We spent ten days at Dream Water World. From outside the resort looked nice, but the stay was very negative. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and often unpleasant. They seemed to favor German guests, leaving others feeling like second-class visitors. Most didn't speak English or try to communicate, and we were often ignored or brushed off with a shrug. The shows and announcements were all in German, with no effort to include other guests. At 11 PM the music stopped and the lights in shared areas went off, as if people were being pushed to their rooms even when they were quietly talking. Bar staff seemed unhappy to serve, refused some drinks, and were generally unpleasant. The cocktails didn't look or taste good. Food was okay. We came home disappointed with bad memories. We wouldn't return or recommend this hotel to anyone expecting respect, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The only people I found nice were the room cleaners. The food was rubbish, the workers' attitude was disgusting, and the place smelled awful, like waste. The air conditioning didn't work for seven days, and the rooms were boiling hot. They wouldn't move us, claiming all the rooms were hot, but I had three rooms and two were cool while one was not. Maria at reception secretly took pictures of us and spoke badly about us with colleagues in her language. Pieces of the door kept falling off, as if the hotel were still under construction. It should never have opened. I'd rather stay at a motel.
