La Benata Hotel Luxury Concept - All Inclusive

The most upsetting part of my stay was that housekeeping staff stole money from my room. I had camera footage showing it, but the hotel administrator did nothing. They even suggested dropping the accusations, saying the police couldn't help me. The hotel was very dirty. Rooms weren't cleaned even when requested, plates and utensils were dirty, and the food quality wasn't good either. A horrible experience. Shame on them, I would never recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned, the minibar stayed empty despite several complaints to reception, and the toilet tank had no water so it wouldn't work. Reception seemed annoyed each of the four times we reported it. A working toilet is a basic need, not some luxury extra. The food was nearly identical every day, and the cocktails were undrinkable. Staff were mostly very indifferent. Two lovely employees did make us feel welcome, and I'm grateful to them. Still, this was an awful stay and I can't recommend the hotel.

The beach was rocky and uncomfortable without special shoes, and it had no music or atmosphere. The restaurant also lacked enough seating, and there weren't many activities for kids. The spa smelled bad, while the salon felt overpriced and misleading. Service and cleanliness were poor. Staff were rude or inattentive, particularly at the food stand, and our room wasn't cleaned properly all week. The minibar was never restocked, soap and other essentials were missing, and the trash was left there. The AC didn't work, so we cleaned it ourselves. Food was repetitive and disappointing, mostly chicken with bland desserts. A few people were friendly, including lifeguard Mehmed and waiter Uğur, though the woman making gozleme was very rude. Management only improved the service after we complained. We wouldn't return.

The food was the same every day, and the dishes and forks were dirty. The cleaning staff robbed me during the stay, on top of the accommodation problems. The beach is steep and stony, so swimming without aqua shoes is out of the question. The water slides only run for 3-4 hours a day at most. Worst holiday ever.
