The food, rooms, and staff were great. But don't expect to sleep before midnight, they blast German dance music from the central pool every night.

The rooms were clean, the food was tasty with lots of choice, and the staff were very friendly. The pools and private beach are well looked after, and the hotel is in a great spot near the beach. The restaurant can get busy and the Wi-Fi could be stronger. Still, I found it good value for money.

We paid 2000 euros for this “vacation,” and I still don't know what for. There was no comfort or proper service, and I didn't feel there were safe conditions for a child. I'm a mother, and cleanliness, safety, and comfort for my child matter a lot. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at with my child, and I strongly do NOT recommend it to families or anyone. Choose somewhere else if you don't want your holiday and your child's mood ruined. We stayed from July 5 to July 16. The hotel did not match its stated category or star rating at all. The website and brochure photos looked heavily edited and nothing like the reality: instead of a beautiful, modern complex, we found an outdated building with broken infrastructure and poor service. It felt like management was cutting costs on cleaning, maintenance, service, food, and even guest safety. We arrived late in the evening and couldn't check in until 11:30 PM. My child was tired, it was hot, and the staff didn't even try to help. I had to call the tour operator TezTour to get things moving. Once we finally got the keys, the room had a broken air conditioner, stuffy air, and a damp smell. The staff reacted slowly and indifferently, with no real desire to help. There was no basic service. Drinking water was either not delivered or was just one small bottle for two people, clearly not enough. Linen and towels were changed very rarely, and cleaning was superficial, leaving dust, dirt, and unpleasant smells behind. The room itself was in terrible shape, with old, shabby furniture, a broken hairdryer, an empty soap dispenser, and faulty outlets. It was obvious it hadn't been renovated for a long time and nobody cared about guest comfort. There was nothing for children or families, no activities or entertainment in the day or evening. Weekends were even worse, with total silence, boredom, and complete indifference to guests. The pool was small and not always clean, the grounds poorly maintained, and there weren't enough sunbeds. The ones available were old and broken. The food was monotonous and tasteless, with minimal choice, and some dishes didn't even look fresh. There were constant queues in the dining area, dirty tables, and staff who couldn't keep up with cleaning. There was hardly any food suitable for a child.

For what it costs, Seaden Corolla is a good deal. The food has plenty of choice, and the hotel is super clean, which matters most to me. It's a bit outdated and definitely not luxury, but the price gives you a clue. If you want luxury, you have to pay much, much more. I don't understand the negative reviews, especially compared with other horrible four- and even five-star hotels in Turkey.

We got back from the holiday three days ago. We travelled here with our one-year-old, and our stay was pretty average. The staff were always super nice and polite, and I'm grateful for the good food, surroundings, and caring people. Would we come back? I don't think so. The biggest issue for us was the pool view room. The animation and evening events are very loud, so with a child, ask for a room as far from the pool as possible unless your kid can sleep through loud music. We didn't watch the animation because our child was already trying to sleep when the kids' show began. We had an okay baby bed in a standard room. The pool worked well enough for our child. I think I'd have felt much better if we'd asked to move away from that noisy view. The room was average, with a nice big clean bed, a decent-sized balcony, TV, fridge with cold water, and air conditioning, which you need in Turkey. Some renovation in the room and bathroom would help, but it was fine to stay in. It could be cleaned every day, though we didn't find that necessary. The food was good, with plenty for everyone, endless lovely sweets, and a great breakfast. There wasn't a huge variety every day, but lunch and dinner sometimes had themes, like Turkish night. I'm not sure if it was the heat, water, or food, but we both got a stomach flu the same night and spent a lot of time throwing up in the bathroom. The pools were nice, clean, and big, with depths of 155 cm and 140 cm for adults, and 30 cm and 45 cm for kids. The beach is within walking distance even with a baby, and there's also a bus. As usual, people were putting towels down to reserve sunbeds at 6am, so be quick. Unfortunately we needed the “doctor” for our child. There isn't actually a doctor, just a nurse who doesn't speak any language and uses a phone to translate. We were only asked whether we wanted doctors to come, starting from 100€, and the nurse checked my child's temperature, which I could have done in my room. Please have medical insurance if you travel there. It felt like no one would help you at this hotel. Bring medication and sort out your insurance.
