The hotel was packed, with approximately 800 children staying at the same time. Facilities were busy, noisy, and disorganized, so relaxing or enjoying the holiday was impossible. Kids played football in rooms and corridors late into the night, and I couldn't sleep properly. Food ran out quickly, queues were long, and the crowded dining areas were chaotic. Meals felt stressful. The hotel could have handled things better with proper supervision, crowd control, and enough food. My holiday fell well below the standard I expected when booking.

Emil, the bartender, deserves a special mention. He made amazing cocktails that were beautifully served and perfectly balanced, and his enthusiasm and warm personality made the evenings at the bar a pleasure. I had a wonderful stay at Lake & River Side Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel, and don't miss Emil's drinks!

The food was amazing, and the hygiene was good. Someone cleaned and restocked my room every morning. The bar stayed open until morning, and I really enjoyed my stay. A really good hotel in Side, only 50 minutes from the airport.

The hotel's worn-down appearance and poor maintenance didn't meet expectations. The food wasn't tasty or appealing to look at, either. When we arrived, the room was unclean and basic items were missing, including slippers and shampoo. The bathroom was especially dirty, and cleanliness overall was far below what I'd expect from a 5-star property. It doesn't deserve that rating, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Emin made the bar feel welcoming from the start. His smile and upbeat, easygoing manner had us feeling like old friends, and the drinks were delicious. You can see how much care and creativity he brings to his work. He made our time there feel special, and he’s the kindest bartender we’ve ever met.
