Club Sidelya Hotel

Back for my second vacation here, and everything was A+. The team, service and meals were all lovely, and the grounds were peaceful and very well kept. Couldn't have asked for a more delightful stay. Thanks to the team at Sidelya Club.

The beach was clean, shallow, and great for little kids, and the rooms were clean too. We found the food delicious and the staff friendly. The hotel sits in a lovely green area with olive, pomegranate, banana, and lemon trees. We were very happy with the whole stay and would come back.

The hotel's spa and wellness service was a real letdown, even though I was happy with the rest of the hotel and its staff. I paid for an 80-minute massage, but it began and finished at the same time as another guest's 30-minute session. I had been enjoying my vacation, so it was a shame that this massage experience spoiled my mood. If the massage shop offers an extra 80 or 100 minutes, you can simply say you don't want such a long session and still get a full-body oil massage for less. I think the hotel should either stop offering complimentary 10-minute massage vouchers through this partnership or make sure they're handled properly to protect its reputation.

The food was very good, though not especially varied, and the animations were at quite a high level. The beach is lovely and sandy, fairly spacious, with a nice restaurant and a perfect view. The hotel is in a pleasant park with pinia and palm trees, so you can walk around without leaving the grounds. There are three large pools with plenty of space around them, and the slides are fun for parents as well as kids. The rooms are small and simply furnished. Bathrooms feel very old-fashioned and badly designed: the sink was blocked, and the ventilation didn't work, so after a couple of minutes bathing it felt like a sauna. Staff don't speak English; they prefer Russian, though Turkish would suit them best. It's a good fit for people who don't mind the rooms and want a calm holiday.
