We chose Bykara Hotel for its convenient location, but the stay was a total letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it. The bungalow door was broken, there was no shower head, water kept leaking from the shower, and the toilet seat was broken. The whole place felt neglected and untidy. The rooms and bungalows also had a strong smell, with very poor cleanliness and almost no hygiene. We raised the problems, but the staff seemed indifferent and nobody came up with a fix. The location doesn't make up for all that. We didn't get our money's worth, and basic upkeep, cleanliness, and customer care were missing. I wouldn't stay there again or suggest it to anyone.
