The power and water went out across the whole hotel for one night. Breakfast the following morning was just bread and some salad, and our sick children had nothing they could eat. We were all ill, and there were lots of children vomiting in the restaurant. The food was poor, with flies over it, and the same menu every day: chicken wings, liver, eggs, salads and fruit. It was also too spicy. I even saw a man washing his dirty legs in the children's pool, and hotel staff taking food right in front of guests. Service and cleaning were awful. Our room went uncleaned for two days, with the rubbish left there too. We had to keep asking reception for the room to be cleaned and for fresh bedding and towels. The reception manager wouldn't answer my email or acknowledge the hotel's serious problems. I also emailed guest relation manager Aliya four times, and she never replied. Don't go to this hotel.
