Glamour Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

I paid by card when I made the reservation and requested an invoice. Staff said they'd email it, but they never did. I called several times, wrote emails and even chatted online with the hotel representative. I still got no clear response, and the invoice was never issued. That lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide quality service. I don't recommend it at all.

The buffet had a good selection, plenty of variety and was neatly presented, with a focus on Turkish food. It suited us well. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, which was fine for us, and there's also a shuttle. The complex was clean and well maintained, and all the staff we met, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and bar, were polite, friendly and helpful. Children have plenty to do here, including water slides, a playground, water activities and entertainment. There were also treats like ice cream, cookies and snacks by the pool, and both the main pool and children's pool were nice and tidy. Our only complaints were the rush at the restaurant during the busiest meal times, with people skipping lines, and too few sunbeds and parasols around the pool when it was busy. We'd recommend Glamour Resort Spa hotel for a sunny holiday with kids.

The local drinks weren't very strong, though they did the job. Food was good for us as vegetarians, but the dishes need clearer labels since some contained meat without looking like it. Staff were excellent and it was a nice stay overall. Our first room wasn't the one we booked, and it took two days to get that corrected. The rooms also look a little dated. If you want a sun lounger, be ready to get up around 5am to claim one. Those loungers and the room mix-up were my only real complaints.

The room was comfortable and elegant, with plush bedding that made for good sleep and lovely views in the morning. Dinner at the restaurant was a treat, with flavorful dishes, what seemed like fine ingredients and attentive waitstaff who anticipated what we needed. Around the hotel, we enjoyed the pool, a spa treatment and the fitness center. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived in the lobby. Luxury and care seemed to run through every detail, from the decor to the service. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and are already planning another visit. The whole stay felt close to perfect. If you're after a special hotel experience, look no further. Five stars don't begin to do it justice!
