Oregano Side

It’s a clean, peaceful hotel with a home-like feel, and a good option for couples or friends traveling together. There’s just one pool for families with children, so that’s something to keep in mind. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the old town is nearby too. The service was friendly and helpful. The staff don’t speak perfect English yet, but they’re clearly trying their best and should improve with time. It’s their first season, and part of the hotel was still being built. The place felt like home, with warm and comfortable service. The accommodation was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. I booked through WhatsApp. It was the best hotel for sleeping during my time in Turkey, and I’m sure I’ll come back here when I return to Side.

We had a successful week-long trip at the end of June with my wife and two teenagers. The hotel’s new and beautiful, and the pool area is made for relaxing in the sun. Its location in the Side area is great. Shops and restaurants are close by, and you can walk to Side’s old town. The owners were very friendly, and we felt welcome and at home as their guests. We had breakfast at the hotel, and it was fresh and tasty.

Dr. Hakan, his wife and their team were kind and helpful the whole time. Whenever we asked for anything, they responded promptly and with a smile. Oregano Suites is brand new, with modern furnishings and well-kept grounds. We stayed for two weeks and would gladly have stayed longer. Shops, restaurants, several supermarkets, the beach and Side’s historic center are all within walking distance. We’re already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in a convenient location with welcoming hosts.
