Royal Atlantis Icon Hotel

We had an amazing stay at royal atlantis icon hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly, and happy to accommodate us. Our room was well equipped, and the minibar was restocked with drinks. I’d definitely recommend it.

Cennet from Guest Relations made our holiday one we’ll always remember. She managed to arrange a last-minute anniversary surprise in a single day, helping my boyfriend organize flowers, book a lovely restaurant, and sort out our transfer. She was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making everything go smoothly. We’re very grateful to her. Everything else at Atlantic Royal Icon was perfect too, from the facilities to the service. Thanks to Cennet and the whole team. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya, and I can’t wait to return.

The hotel looks beautiful and has the potential to be very popular. The drinks and food were tasty, and the waiters were kind. But the staff couldn’t manage the hotel’s capacity. At dinner, we sat at a dirty table with food left by previous guests almost every day, and our room only had cold water. We arrived at 3:00 PM and waited three hours before being moved to a nearby “4-star” hotel that wasn’t at the same standard. We were told there’d be a transfer to our “new hotel,” but nobody came, so we had to arrange it ourselves. Later, when we arrived at Hotel Icon at 11:30 AM, we waited another three hours and still didn’t have a room. The delays cost us two full days and ruined our holiday. A few important changes, including making sure guests feel welcome, could make a real difference.

The room change didn’t solve everything. We spent the last three nights in a family room on the first floor, but there wasn’t enough warm water in the evenings. This wasn’t the long-awaited holiday we had hoped for, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel until its technical standards and guest relations improve. We arrived on 10/10/25 and were put in swim-up suite 6108 instead of a family room, without anyone explaining the change at the time. Water installations made the room noisy during the day and unbearable at night. For five nights, reception, guest relations, or management promised each day that the work would stop from 22:00 until morning. We still had to argue about the noise every evening until midnight. We only got a good night’s sleep on the second evening, when the promise was kept and we didn’t need to call reception or technical service.
