Turkmen Riverside Hotel

The view from this lovely hotel is great, and so is the kebab if you’re there. But what really surprised me was how the people at the hotel helped return my vest. I left it behind during a stay a few months ago and got in touch, but shipping it to Poland, where I live, was too expensive, so I gave up. Today I finally picked it up because the hotel team got their friends in Poland involved. I’ve never had such a nice surprise. Thank you, you’re amazing! I’ll definitely recommend the place. Greetings from Poland.

This isn’t a five-star hotel. The service is very low quality, and I found the hotel awful. The staff weren’t welcoming or smiling and were rude, and the price is too high for this level of service.

The hotel is well placed for a couple of days in Adana, with free public parking around the building. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, though somewhat austere. Breakfast is good and the restaurant has an excellent view. My main complaint is that it’s highly overpriced.

I stayed here recently on a short trip to Adana. It’s centrally located, about a 10-minute cab ride from the airport, with a stunning view of the surroundings. My river-view room was nice, the view was fantastic, and the vanity products were good. Staff were attentive and generally met or exceeded my expectations. A comfortable stay for a quick trip, and I’d recommend it.
