The neighborhood was peaceful, with plenty of cafes and places to eat, and the modern hotel looked just like its online photos. We stayed at Novotel Bomonti for 7 nights, and everyone we dealt with was welcoming, polite, and professional. Mr Akin was especially friendly, and his humor helped us feel at home. Mr Gökçe was always attentive and very polite. Thanks as well to the cleaning staff, who were kind and took great care of us. Wishing the whole team continued success, and thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The staff made a strong impression, with friendly, professional help whenever it was needed. They were ready to arrange transportation, share local recommendations, or simply make guests feel welcome. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, with a spacious, relaxing feel and comfortable beds. Housekeeping keeps things in excellent shape. The hotel has a stylish, contemporary look, and the stay was comfortable in this quieter central part of Istanbul.

The location was great, and the receptionist was helpful and professional. Housekeeping, though, was a letdown: the room was barely cleaned, and the housekeeper complained in Turkish, which we couldn't understand. After cleaning, she left the door open with nobody inside. The hotel offered late checkout to make up for it, but service still fell short. Requests took a very long time to arrive. It didn't feel like a 5-star stay, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

A birthday surprise and a handwritten note made my stay especially memorable. Thank you to the General Manager (Emin Turhan) for the warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture. It showed the care, professionalism, and attention to detail across the team. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the staff made me feel valued throughout my wonderful stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti. I'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

The room decor and atmosphere were excellent, though the space felt cramped when I tried to finish laptop work after returning from business. Once in bed, though, it was easy to relax. Staff were excellent, especially Samat and Gokce, who were caring, supportive, and understanding. Breakfast was good, but after 5-6 days it felt like virtually the same food each day. New, nice, decent hotel!
