The location is central, with metro and bus stations nearby, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s affordable too. What really stood out, though, was the welcome: I arrived very early, worn out from a long trip, and the staff let me check in and have breakfast for free, even though an early check-in before 14:00 would normally cost an extra half-day. They were helpful, reliable, and welcoming throughout. I’d absolutely recommend staying here in Istanbul.

The hotel is well placed near Osmanbey metro station, and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with typical Turkish food. Reception staff were professional, and the service felt like five-star service.

The one good thing was the friendly staff, and that’s why I gave one star. The hotel smelled like sewage, and the air conditioner blew straight at the bed. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, and they charged extra for an omelette. There’s just one cramped elevator serving all seven floors. The online photos also didn’t match what I saw in person, and they charge $5 if you lose the hotel card.

The people here were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Murad, Tolga, and Hedayat for their professionalism and for looking after me during my stay. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the location is close to everything, with the metro just a one-minute walk away and all kinds of things nearby. It deserves five stars, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

From the street, the place looked like it needed some refurbishment, so I was a bit unsure at first. Inside, though, the hotel felt like more than a 3 star. The rooms were good, the bed was comfortable, and the location is great: in narrow streets, but close to the metro and right amid all the bustle. Our room faced the road, so it was noisy. Ask for one at the back if you want a quiet night. Only one night staff member was especially helpful, bringing us extra plates and cutlery, but we had a very good stay overall.
