Narcia Resort Side - All Inclusive

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Narcia hotel, and it was a perfect family holiday from beginning to end. Nurullah made it extra special. He always took time for my children and made things enjoyable for them. He's a real credit to the hotel. We'll definitely be back.

The food was good, and the aquapark had something for all ages. There’s also a hotel food and drink spot at the beach, about an 8-minute walk away. It’s a very nice place with friendly staff, apart from the bearded bartender at the night show bar.

The entertainment was a real highlight. On some days, two men played live music beside the restaurant and made a lovely atmosphere. Getting around was easy too, with a nearby bus stop and very cheap fares both ways. Meals had plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there were several bars serving alcoholic drinks. The one serious downside came in the last few days, when my mom and I both got food poisoning. We think the ice in the drinks may have caused it. I also want to send a hello to the bartender who makes drinks and decorates them with an orange heart! :) Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and I especially liked the comfortable bed. The staff were polite and helpful. Adem Oğuz at reception helped both my mom and me, answered our questions, and explained everything clearly. My stay was truly enjoyable.

The room itself was nice, and when its air conditioning broke twice, the workers came quickly and fixed it. The pools and aquapark were good, and the kids enjoyed them. After ten days, the stay didn’t feel as bad as it had at first, but this still isn’t a five-star ultra all-inclusive hotel. Maybe four stars with renovation. I arrived after a sleepless night because of an early flight, and the lobby was hot with the air conditioning off. The sofas looked dated and not very clean. There was no shampoo or toothpaste, just soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The coffee and juices were disastrous. There’s Starbucks, but only three drinks are free with ultra all-inclusive. I was asked to pay after using those vouchers, so, dear owner, you can’t call Starbucks free. The staff were mostly polite, except for the people I mention here. Food was mixed. Breakfast was standard, dinner was amazing thanks to the cooks outside, though the lines were long. Lunch was horrible, with long waits and not enough meat. The snack bar was okay, with pizza, pasta, kebab, and hamburgers. Fruit choices were limited to apples, pears, oranges, melons, and watermelon, and there were bananas only once in ten days. The desserts looked varied and colorful, but were just two kinds, jellies and sugar syrup ones, and both tasted horrible. Ice cream was okay, but the server was impolite. When my child asked for chocolate topping, the ice cream girl stuck her tongue out. At the beach, the gozleme lady refused to give my child two gozleme; at the hotel, another gozleme lady ignored us while talking on her phone. The gozleme ladies were impolite. The fresh dough items were a plus, including stone oven pitas, bread, and gozleme. The rating of three stars is more than enough for this hotel, and I’m not charging my review. I wrote it after the whole experience, not on the first day. De gustibus non est disputandum! Wishing you all the best.
