Our daughter is shy, but the restaurant manager, I believe, made a point of chatting with her each morning at breakfast. That little kindness meant a lot and helped her feel welcome. When your child is happy, you are too, so we're very grateful for that personal touch. The hotel was also a lovely place to stay. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the food had lots of variety. The beach bar was kept very clean, and our little one felt welcome throughout the hotel. A few things could be better: more activities on the beach would be nice, and a heated outdoor pool would help in November. We were given summer opening times for meals and bars, but some schedules had changed for the low season, so clearer information would have helped. We enjoyed the stay and would happily return.

We spent a week here with my husband and our one-year-old daughter, and leaving was hard. For the first time, we actually missed the staff after a holiday. Everyone was so kind to our little girl, and the team knew how to make a family with a small child feel relaxed. The hotel was clean, and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. We could ask for daily room cleaning, and the staff came with a smile each time. The whole team seemed well trained and professional, while still being friendly and polite. I'd also like to congratulate the manager and owner on having such respectful people working here. The food was high quality, there was plenty of entertainment, and the hospitality was excellent. If you're thinking of staying here, you can feel at ease. We had a wonderful week and hope to see these lovely people again. Thanks for everything!

We had a small problem during our stay, and it was sorted right away, with a smile. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the beach party and Oktoberfest, which were highlights of our second visit here. We're two girls from Bulgaria and had an amazing time again. Many thanks to Emre, the F&B assistant, the animation team, receptionist Kaan, and especially the General Manager. His kindness really impressed us. Thanks for a wonderful holiday, we'll be back!

The welcoming staff are the main reason I return to OZ Side Premium Hotel every year. They make it feel like home. I visit in both spring and fall, and I always leave happy. The rooms are cozy, the food is quite good, and the beach is close by, which makes for a relaxing break. Prices have gone up a bit lately, but I still think the value is excellent.

That pastry shop deserves a mention on its own. The cakes looked like they belonged in Alice in Wonderland, and tasted as lovely as they looked. The food overall was delicious, and the service was warm and attentive throughout my seven-day November stay at the Side Premium Hotel. I also really enjoyed the gym and spa, and had a wonderful massage from a therapist from Bali. The beach was very clean, while the hotel felt cozy and elegant. I'm extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend it.
