Hotel Ozlem Garden - All Inclusive

The gardens are beautiful, full of lime, orange and lemon trees, rosemary, and flowers. The bungalows are well equipped and maintained, though the furniture is a little old. The beach is well arranged, with good sunbeds and umbrellas and enough room. It takes less than five minutes to walk there. We ate excellent Turkish food while looking out at the sea. The staff were tireless and very polite. A relaxed 20-minute walk gets you to the heart of Side Old Town. This is my fourth time in Turkey, and Ozlem Garden has everything to deserve a strong recommendation.

We stayed in a bungalow in June, and the weather was just right, around 25-30°C. The rooms were clean and a good size, with comfortable beds, though they're not fancy for the price. Noise can carry, so depending on where your room is and who your neighbors are, nearby clubs may be loud on some nights. Music isn't allowed in public after midnight in Turkey. The beach is sandy, clean, shallow, and warm, with staff looking after it. You can bring drinks from the hotel bar, and it's only across a small promenade from the rooms. The garden is beautiful, and everything looked just like the website and YouTube pictures. The food was fresh, varied, and surprisingly good. There were Turkish dishes, international choices, and daily specials such as Kebap and seafood. As a vegetarian, I was very happy, and my boyfriend enjoyed the meat and fish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knew how to look after hotel guests. The location is great for walks by the sea, shopping, the old town, museums, ruins, and beach bars. It's lively enough to have people passing on the promenade, without big city traffic or huge concrete hotel blocks along the beach. Good food, beach, service, cleanliness, staff, appearance, location, and price. The one real downside for us was how little soundproofing the rooms had.

The food was delicious, much better than at many 5-star hotels, and the garden paths run past fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, and more. It's a magnificent hotel with beautiful gardens. The rooms are fairly standard, tidy and cozy, though our bathroom smelled a bit. Staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English or German. The pool looked nice and gives the place a cool atmosphere, but with the hot, salty sea so close and umbrellas and beach chairs available, we hardly needed it. We can't believe this is only a 3-star hotel. So many things are high quality that it deserves more stars. We were very satisfied and highly recommend a stay.

The beach is only about ten steps away, and the sea stays warm in summer. The pool is small and sandy, but in the afternoon it was much quieter, with almost nobody there. The hotel is also really close to the ancient center, with its shops, people, and activities. The rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped with a fridge, double bed, shower, and smart TV, though they're quite small. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful, and chatty. I recommend this hotel.
