Ümit Hanım was incredibly welcoming and sweet, greeting us like a friend, sister or guest and quickly sorting out whatever we needed. We had no problems with security or cleanliness, and you won't find this price in such a location. The area has luxury hotels all around, and we definitely plan to return. The property is near the market, with a pleasant area to stroll through, and Side's beach in the hotel area is especially beautiful. The shoreline gets rocky past a certain point and narrows near the market, but the swimming area here is wonderfully sandy and pristine. The beach is so close that you just walk through the complex garden. I sometimes went home to change or eat and didn't get tired. Thank you for everything.

All the apartments have sea views and are clean, and it's somewhere families can stay safely. The location is very close to the sea. The owner and manager, Ms. Ümit, is warm, friendly and pleasant. I'd definitely recommend staying here instead of spending a lot on hotels, and I'll certainly come back.

The place is friendly and helpful, and its cleanliness and atmosphere made us feel at home despite our worries about coronavirus. It has a lush, spacious garden, a private beach and a seafront setting, with an excellent view and location. It's also in the hotel district and within walking distance of Side's ancient city.

Dear Ümit Abla, the owner, is a truly valuable person, with a wonderful personality, a beautiful heart and great humanity. The place itself is peaceful, clean and top-notch for a family stay, with a perfect location and sea view. We were very pleased with it and send her our regards.
