The villa area at the back of the resort felt like paradise. Its relaxed bar was a great place to unwind while the kids played in the shallow pool, which they loved. We spent 10 days here in August 2024 for a family holiday. The resort is large and beautiful, with fun slides and attractions for children and adults. Everything was clean, and the food was excellent everywhere. We had two à la carte dinners included, and as a larger family were given an extra one for free. The only reason I’d give the rooms four stars is that they felt a bit small. Larger rooms would make it perfect. Definitely worth a visit!

The rooms are starting to show their age and could use some refreshing. Apart from that, this is a lovely place to relax, with a large, well-kept resort, beautiful surroundings, and direct beach access. There are lots of bars with excellent drinks, and the food is high quality. The animation team and bartenders were very friendly. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant, and Melisa was a lovely waitress, professional, friendly, and always helpful.

We had a lovely meal at the hotel’s Mexican restaurant. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the food was beautifully presented. Melisa was our waiter and was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was right. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel welcome. Highly recommend it if you’re staying at the hotel!

We’re already missing this happy little place and can’t wait to come back. The staff were so caring, kind, and attentive. Our aqua gym coach brought energy and smiles to every morning. Thanks as well to the dinner team for getting us a lovely table every night, and to the bartenders for the tasty cocktails. Delia

Melisa is great, she made the experience unforgettable and so cheerful. We recommend the hotel and the Italian a la carte. The only thing is that the pool water could be warmer in October. The indoor pool is warm, and so is the sea.
