I'm staying here now and have a few things to mention. The decor is pleasant, the rooms are acceptable, and the food is generally good. The hotel is full of Dutch and German guests, who seem to get preferential treatment. Staff speak their languages, but struggle with English, and we feel isolated. There's no designated smoking area, so people smoke everywhere. That's unpleasant for non-smokers and people with asthma, and we can't relax on the sun loungers because of all the smoke. The same thing happens during the evening shows, where people are extremely rude and far too noisy.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place. The staff were friendly and hardworking, the pools were nice, the water slides were fun, and the food was good. Beach beds are included, along with another restaurant and bar, and there's a free shuttle between the hotel and beach.

Our week has flown by, and we feel so relaxed. This all-inclusive hotel really deserves five stars. The food was the best, with loads of variety, excellent ingredients, and everything cooked so well. Service was impeccable and everything ran smoothly, including a beach shuttle every five minutes, spotless pools, and bars. The staff were friendly, from the cleaners and entertainers to the awesome Exec Chef Atila. Highly recommend.

This was our third time booking a holiday at this amazing hotel, and it was another very nice vacation. The rooms were clean, the food had a great variety and tasted good, and the staff were kind.

The apartments were roomy, with a kettle and fridge, and there are plenty of shops nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel beach, where the all-inclusive option is available. The pool had music every day, and the entertainment team was friendly and fun. Kids will have lots to do. We spent five nights at Side Mare with friends, and everything felt just right: the food was delicious with plenty of choices, and the barmen and waiters were so welcoming. A special thank you to Mehmed for helping us with transport. I’d recommend it to friends and family.
