Side Star Elegance Hotel

The animation kept things lively every day, but in a relaxed way that never felt pushy. Seof was a standout, friendly, humble, fun and down to earth. He made people feel included so naturally that I first thought he was senior management. Mesut Celik, the Front Office Manager, also deserves special thanks. We had a few minor problems at the start, and he handled them with real care and attention. He made us feel so welcome that we extended our trip. Both Seof and Mesut are great representatives of the hotel. Arafah in the main restaurant was consistently kind and welcoming too, and the cleaner on the minus 3 floor kept everything immaculate every day. I didn't catch her name, but her work made our stay more comfortable. We spent two full weeks here, and this is easily among the best hotels I've stayed at. I've been to many 5-star hotels around the world, and this one is in my top 5. Choosing somewhere in Side had been difficult with so many options in Antalya, but after talking with other guests and experiencing the hotel, Side Star Elegance stands above the rest. There's a huge choice of fresh, tasty food each day, including 3-4 restaurant cuisines, and snacks are available 24 hours. The lobby bar is excellent. Service across the hotel is warm and professional. The waiters are so attentive that someone would be asking for your order within seconds, without it feeling forced.

Sude from the animation team was especially great. The night shows were entertaining, and the team kept everyone having fun. We had such a lovely stay, made even better by the hotel staff.

We've stayed at Side Star Elegance six times now, and still wouldn't choose anywhere else. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile and our bags were brought to the room. This time we had room 1258. We got in early in the morning and were a little disappointed at first, since our family suite upgrade in June 2024 had spoiled us. Seeing the view in daylight changed our minds, though. We were central to everything, and it would have been amazing a couple of floors higher. The staff were their usual friendly, courteous selves and always went out of their way to help. Our cleaner kept the room spotless, the mini bar was filled every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is second to none. A special mention for Mustafa in the dining room and Muharren at reception. The one concern this year was children riding scooters inside the hotel. There are a lot of elderly guests, and it feels like someone could get hurt. That won't keep us from returning, and we hope to be back in June.

This was our second visit. Compared with Christmas, March felt different, with so many staff changes. People were polite but seemed indifferent, though I can't quite put my finger on it. It's still a lovely hotel in a great location, with good food and drinks. The rooms have plenty of storage and a good shower, but could use more colour. Cleaning wasn't great. I mentioned it and was ignored, and the mini bar was the same. Fortunately, water was available at the lobby bar. We can't say we'll come back 17 to 38 times like some guests who seemed to practically own their rooms, but we'd recommend the hotel to anyone who asks.
