The management is a complete failure. The people put in charge at the desks just mislead you and drag things out. You book a room, arrive, and then they tell you nothing is available, leaving you stuck outside. Don’t come here and waste your time and vacation.

All-inclusive at the Elite hotel in Side was a disastrous experience for me, despite years of traveling without a bad trip. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning and found no towels or beach towels. It took 16 hours to get them. At lunch, they served the same platter and food that had been out for breakfast. When we tried to get beer, it was gone, and there were no coffee cups. That went on throughout the week. When plates and cutlery ran out, they brought out unwashed ones after we pointed out the shortage. Don’t go to this hotel.
