Bellissima Hotel

The staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and did their best to make us feel at home. Breakfast was modest but perfectly fine to start the day, and the room had acceptable space and comfort. The trouble was the condition of the bathroom: it was very dirty, with quite a lot of mold, which made the stay less pleasant. Belissima Hotel has potential, and it could work as budget accommodation if warm service matters to you. But the facilities didn’t live up to the kindness of the staff. If bathroom cleanliness is important, keep that in mind before booking.

I stayed here from 20 to 26 July 2025 and felt welcome and relaxed from the minute I arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel manager was always smiling and professional, and every team member helped create such a cheerful, warm feeling. They took care of every detail and made this an unforgettable stay. Huge thanks to the whole team for the hospitality. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever visited, and I truly hope to return soon.

The pool and its area were clean, with a good choice of hot and cold snacks, and our air-conditioned room was a must for us. Staff were kind and friendly. Cleaning and towel changes happen every three days, but if you ask for a fresh towel, I’m sure they’ll give you one. It’s a nice little hotel for the price. The main street is only 3 minutes away, the Old Town is a 20-minute walk, and there are plenty of places to eat within 10-15 minutes. We skipped breakfast since better options cost almost the same. We liked firinci baba, about 10 minutes away. It’s a 3 star hotel, so you get what you pay for, but I’m happy to recommend hotel Belissima for the price. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The location made it inconvenient to explore or get to basic amenities, and the small washrooms were uncomfortable. The hotel was nearly empty, yet the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, sometimes even hostile. At breakfast they stood watching us eat, which felt intrusive, especially with so few guests around. I came with my mother for a short trip after seeing positive reviews, but our stay didn’t match them. The rooms still have physical keys instead of key cards, which felt outdated. When I asked the receptionist for clean towels on day two, he said they’re changed only every three days and was dismissive and rude about it. I regret spending time and money here. It was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.
