Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, including a few of the waiters and waitresses, but others could be rude. Communication was frustrating at times because most staff spoke only Turkish or German. The in-room mini bar was restocked every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel seemed to attract mostly older guests, 60+, so it may not suit you if you're after a lively atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally clean, and daily service kept it to a high standard. The blonde-haired receptionist was lovely and made us feel welcome when we arrived. We got in late at night and went for food, but the choices were limited and disappointing. Breakfast the next morning had lots of variety, though the dishes weren't really to my taste. Lunch and dinner were incredible and far better than those first meals. I'd recommend the beach restaurant too, for its different menu and nice atmosphere. The cocktails weren't very good. Staff tried their best, but there wasn't much alcohol to choose from. Spa treatments were also very expensive, and getting to Antalya by Uber can quickly add up. One way to save on travel costs is to find local shops offering free transfers from the hotel to Antalya. You can even find them on YouTube. Unfortunately, a bald staff member at the beach restaurant was extremely rude and showed racist behaviour. It was disgusting and unacceptable, and put us off going back to that restaurant completely. The hotel has a lot of potential, but that incident overshadowed much of our stay.
