Side Su Hotel

We felt welcome throughout our holiday at Side Su Hotel, and enjoyed every moment. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with friendly, professional staff always willing to help. The food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The location was just right for exploring the area. Thanks to the whole team for making the vacation memorable. We’d love to come back and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Side.

Mr. Gökay, the manager, deserves a special thank you. He was professional, kind and attentive to guests, and that made a real difference to our holiday. Mustafa, the guide, is also worth booking for excursions. He knows his stuff, is trustworthy, and made sure our tours were organized and enjoyable, with lots of good memories. Side Su Hotel was clean and comfortable, in a great location, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt like home from the first day. Thanks to the whole team for a fantastic stay. We’ll return and recommend it to friends and family.

For the price, it was okay, but I probably wouldn’t come back. The friendly bar staff were a plus, though there’s no bar by the pool or beach. My room was clean and fine, with a partial sea view, but it was right by the main road and pretty noisy. The balcony also felt exposed, with only a low wall between it and the next room, so there was no privacy. Lunch and dinner were practically the same every day, and I was bored of the food by day two. Given the price, I can’t complain too much. What made it hard to relax was the very pushy hairdresser in the basement. You have to pass him on the way to the pool and beach, and it was uncomfortable each time. I didn’t expect that at an all-inclusive hotel.

We only had five days with my girlfriend, sadly, but the hotel is well placed and close to everywhere. The food was good and the staff were good too. Manager Mr Gokay was especially friendly and modest, and did his best to help all the guests.
